June Barson In a Film June Barson, who won the Deanna Durbin competition in New Zealand last year, has a important part in “Song of the Bush,” a New Zealand film on which production will start shortly. Miss Barson will sing several songs in the film. The story has a "Dad and Dave” flavour, and some of the Dominion 3 finest scenery will be used as a background. Elisabeth Bergner Film “Stolen Life,” with Elisabeth Bergner and Michael Redgrave, and ‘This Man Is News,” with Barry K. Barnes, will come to New Zealand shortly. Lead In "Gone With tho Wind." Vivien Leigh, the English actress, is to have the much-discussed leading role in the film version of “Gv.ne With the Wind.” This decision is likely to cause some annoyance to American actresses. - Clark Gable will have the leading male role. Janet Gaynor to Wed Designer Janet Gaynor will marry Adrian, the noted dress designer for M-G-M studios. Miss Gaynor divorced Lydell Peck several years ago. It was her first and only marriage venture. Adrian designs the screen wardrobes of Norma Shearer, Joan Crawford, Luise Rainer and many other actresses.
