ADDITIONS TO THE NAVY READY AT END OF 1941 (United Press Assn.— Elec. Tel. Copyright' (Received Feb. 24, 3.15 p.m.) AMSTERDAM, Feb. 23 The Netherlands is building two cruisers of 8350 tons, with a speed of 33 knots, and carrying 10 guns. Thev will be ready at the end of 1941.
