The English and United States Consuls have protested to Japan against the gendarmeries’ treatment of foreigners. Copyright) SHANGHAI, Feb. 22 Forty-seven foreigners, including 19 Britishers and 11 Americans, have arrived at Kiukiang on foot from Ruling.
