WELLINGTON NEXT YEAR ELECTION OF OFFICERS CHRrSTCHURCH. Friday The New Zealand Brass Bands* Association decided to-day that the next contest should take place In Wellington. The following officers were elected: President, Mr E. Palliser; vice-presidents, Messrs J. H. Walker,’ F. W. McLeod, G. Bailey and H. B. Burdkin; secretary and treasurer, Mr J. G. Osborne; committee, Messrs C. G. Baker, E. R. Hopwood. A. O. Homer, T. Goodall, C. Patchett, W. MacLachl&n.
