Mr J. H. Ledcerwood, of the Hamilton Y.M.C.A.. was appointed interim secretary to the Hamilton District Committee set up under the Physical Welfare and Recreation Act. 1937, at a special meeting of the committee, ‘held in the Hamilton Rorouph Council chamber* yesterday afternoon.
