Feb. 21 The death is reported in a private hospital in Sydney of a former New Zealand journalist,, Mr Emil Schwabe, who began his career in Napier, where he was educated. Subsequently Mr Schwabe spent many years as representative «*f the New Zealand Times in the Parliamentary Press gallery. He came to Sydney in 1912 and joined the staff of the Daily Telegraph, and subsequently he worked for other daily newspapers.
