CZECHS TO CONSTRUCT ROADS
REDUCTION IN ARMY BUDGET

LONDON, Feb. 20
The Czecho-Slovakian Government Is to spend £210,000 on a German motor road from Breslau to Vienna and £3,250,000 on a road from Saxony to Rumania, says the Prague correspondent of the Exchange Telegraph Company.
In addition, the Government will subsidise the German Universities within its borders. The Army Budget has been reduced one-third.
