MEDICAL CONFERENCE
OPENING IN CHRISTCHURCH (By Telegraph—Press Assoclat’or.) CHRISTCHURCH, Tuesday The biennial conference of the New Zealand branch of the British Medical Association was opened in Christchurch to-day with the combined meeting of all sections at which lectures were delivered to the gathering numbering about 150.
This afternoon lectures on “nephritis” were given by Dr. Russell Chisholm (Palmerston North) and Dr. J. O. Mercer (Wellington).
