DELIVERY OF STOCK
ACTION IN SOUTH AFRICA ALLEGED ADDITIONAL SERVICES (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) LONDON, Feb. 19 The Johannesburg correspondent of the Times says the action, Robert McChesney v. Charles Bedaux, relates lo a claim for the delivery of stock in the Bedaux Company, of Soutli Africa, Ft McChesney. as additional emolument for services as general manager, engineer and director. On February 17 it was stated that an attachment order had been issued against the person of Charles Bedaux, American ••efficiency” expert and friend of the Duke and Duchess of Windsor. The order was issued on the application of Robert McChesney, former manager of the Bedaux Company. of Africa, to recover £2sou of the company’s stock, alleged to be held by Mr Bedaux or the company.
