BUSHMAN INJURED
ARDUOUS JOURNEY TO HOSPITAL (By Telegraph.—Press Association) GISBORNE, Tuesday A fractured skull and bodily injuries were received by Mr Thompson Clay (21), when he was struck by a falling bough while working In the bush at Motu. Mr Clay's companions improvised a stretcher and carried the injured man . i ni arduous two mile journey lo testead where he was attended by a district nurse and later brought to hospital in Gisborne.
