PARIS, Feb. 19
The Suez Canal traffic in 1938 was: Britain 17,358,000 tons, Italy 4,626,000. Germany 3,135,000, * Holland 3.028,000, France 1,749,000; total, 34,418,000 tons, a drop of 2,073,000 tons.
The Italian traffic decreased bv one fifth.
