FITNESS CAMPAIGN
INAUGURATED IN WELLINGTON 1500 IN PROCESSION . (By Telegraph.—Press Association) WELLINGTON, Saturday Fitness Week in Wellington was inaugurated to-day by a spectacular parade, in which about 1500 participated, representing all branches of sport. There were a large number of decorated floats and several bands. A high wind and cold weather made the procession something in the nature of a test of physical fitness for the participants.
