ARREST OF GERMANS

PROTEST TO FRANCE (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) BERLIN, Feb. 15 The Foreign Office has protested to the French Foreign Minister, M. Bonnet, agc.inst the arrest of two German correspondents on February 11. After raiding homes and seizing papers, the police arrested Herr and Frau Barron, correspondents of the Berlin Borsen-Zeitung, who are believed to have been expelled from France. It is alleged they sent information about the French Army to German newspapers.
