LULL IN AUSTRALIA HIGH COST OF MATERIALS ABSENCE OF LOAN MONEY (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received Feb. 18, 11.30 a.m.) SYDNEY, Feb. 18 Australian building tradesmen welcome the offer of permanent work in New Zealand because of the lull in building activity hers. The lull is attributed to the high cost of materials and the absence of loan money for home building, which the co-operative societies fear may retard expansion considerably.
