GAY GARDENS

TREASURES The scarlet ot sunsets, Ttoe gold of the sun, The soft shades of the night When daylight Is done. The petals of lilies A-bloom 'neath the trees. The gold of buttercups, The song of the breeze. The red of the dahlias So glowing and bright, The soft shades of pearl grey In early twilight. All these are my treasures, So dear to behold, And oh, far more precious Than barrels of gold.
