PRIME MINISTER’S REMARKS POLICY OF GOVERNMENT (By Telegrapn.—press Association) WELLINGTON, Friday Commenting on the quota the Prime Minister, the Rt. Hon. M. J. Savage, said: “We have been definitely of the opinion that if the people of Britain could do with a lot more of our meat we could do with a lot more of their manufactured goods. That has been oar policy right from the beginning, but we cannot shape the policy of Britain.**
