Copyright) (Received Feb. 17, 2 p.m.) SYDNEY, Feb. 17 'The Canberra correspondent of the Sydney Morning Herald says refugees from Europe are expected to bring £4,500,000 in new capital into Australia in the next three years. Jn the last half of 1938 it Is estimated that European migrants brought in £500,000. One migrant coming to Australia notified the authorities that he can transfer £20,000 to Australia at a moment’s notice.
