Copyright) RANGOON, Feb. 16 When protesting against the new Coalition Government demonstrations burned effigies of the Prime Minister, Dr. B. A. Maw, amid a din of heating tin pans and kettles. Black flags were flown from buildings and motor-cars and the city was placarded with the slogan, “ Down with the Coalition.” The Senate last evening passed a motion of no-confldence in the Government. GOVERNMENT DEFEATED (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received Feb. 17, 1.30 p.m.) RANGOON, Feb. 16 The House of Representatives passed a vote of no-confldence in the Government by 70 votes to 37. The Prime Minister, Dr. Baw Maw, has resigned.
