THOUSANDS PAY TRIBUTE NEW COINS AND STAMPS ISSUED (United Press Assn.—Elec. TeL Copyright) (Received Feb. 17, 2.30 p.m.) ROME, Feb. 16 It Is estimated that 200,000 people visited the Pope’s tomb to-day. The Congregation of Cardinals, with forty present, received the diplomatic corps who presented their condolences. New coins and stamps are being issued during the interregnum and a medal is being struck bearing the arms of St. Peter and Cardinal Pacelli.
