RIFLE BESIDE BODY
STATION MANAGER’S SUICIDE (Special to Times) TAIHAPE, Thursday The manager of Brewhon station, near Taihape, Albert Stanley Fleet, was found dead this morning with a bullet wound in the head and a rifle beside the body. He was a single man, aged about Si, and had been manager of Erewlion for several years. At an inquest this afternoon the coroner returned a verdict of suicide and added that why the deceased took his life remained unknown.
