BRITISH GOVERNMENT SCHEME (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) LONDON, Feb. 14 A reference to the Government’s scheme for 50 holiday camps which are to be used to provide 150,000 schoolchildren with a fortnight in the country during the best months of the year, and will be available in a national emergency for the evacuation of children from danger zones, was made by Earl de la Warr, President of the Board of Education, at Plymouth.

He said such an adidtion to the educational machine was a challenge to educationists to ensure that the best use is made of it both for improving the health of children and widening their interests.
