HELP FOR CZECHOSLOVAKIA THE PROBLEM OF REFUGEES (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received Feb. 15, 3.35 p.m.) LONDON, Feb. 14 Sir John Simon, in the House of Commons, replying to comment on the Czech Financial Assistance Bill, said Czechoslovakia might have to deal with 186,000 refugees, 150.000 of whom were Czechs, who would be settled in Czechoslovakia. The Bill was read a third time without division.
