WOMAN MOTORIST FINED A line of £5 and the cancellation of her driver'* license for one month wis 1 lie penally imposed on Ruby Emily Elizabeth Oirk. of Prankton. when she was convicted by Mr S. L. Paterson. s.M., in the Magistrate's Court. Hamilton, to-day on a charge of dangerous driving. The prosecution was conducted by Traffic Inspector C. It. Treadgold who stated that defendant was seen to cut across the lint* of traffic at the corner of Grey Street and Bridge Street and hurry over the traffic bridge at 35 miles an hour before taking the Victoria Street corner at a speed which caused iter to swerve as far over as the pavement on the left. "After that she went in and out and round and about every car in Victoria Street almost, before driving down Ward Street at io miles an hour," he added.
