HAMILTON CLUB’S SUCCESS PRESENTATION OF SHIELD (Special to Times) AUCKLAND. Wednesday Several Waikato delegates attended the annual meeting and flying championships of the North Auckland Northern District Model Aeroplane Association, at the week-end. A welcome was extended by the president. Mr F. C. Macdonald, who presented the Kestrel Shield to Mr It. Swarbricke, of Hamilton Club, which won the northern district handicap championship. The chairman of the management committee. Mr L. H. Mayn. expressed regret at the recent death of a former member of the Hamilton Club. PilotOfficer .1. Poynton. of the Royal Air Force, who was killed in a flying mishap tn Palestine. Officers were elected as follows: President. Mr F. <7. Macdonald: vicepresident. Mr .1. Templer: secretary, Mr R.
