Copyright) Received Feb. 15, 11.50 a.m.) LONDON, Feb. 14 Michael Joseph Lyons, a clerk, charged with being in possession of explosives, was discharged at Bow Street Police Court. Nineteen others are appearing in connection with alleged I.R.A. activities. On February 4 Michael Lyons was remanded at Bow Street Police Court. The police evidence was that they found seven hand grenades and 11 cartridges in accused’s garden at Stamford Hill, and newspaper cuttings indicating Irish Republican sympathies. They added that Lyons had been in touch with people already charged.
