Copyright (Received Feb. 14. 11 a.m.' BERNE, Feb. 13 Swiss police at Chur arrested two Nazi plain-clothed frontier guards, who allegedly pursued Austrian refugees into Switzerland and threatened their removal by force unless they recrossed the frontier.
