DARING THEFT

MOTOR-CAR REMOVED OWNER INSIDE GARAGE While the owner of a light fourseater motor-car was inside a Hamilton garage in Victoria Street at 9.15 this morning his car was removed ■from outside the premises and it lias not yet been traced. The owner of the car, who is a salesman, stopped his car outside the Waikato Diocesan Office and was inside the garage for a short time and when he returned the vehicle was gone. Thinking that one of the employees had taken it by mistake he returned to the garage but it was found that no employees had departed. The theft has been reported to the police. The car, which was painted blue, is a light four-door of English make and the registered number is 6 i-036.
