INCREASE IN AIR STRENGTH MORE PLANES AND MEN WELL AHEAD OF SCHEDULE (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received Feb. 13, 11.40 a.m.) MELBOURNE, Feb. 13 Mr J. A. Lyons, -in the Defence Review, announced that Australia’s first line air strength will be increased to 212 planes, and 900 more men will be added to the air personnel in the next three years. At present the first line strength is 132 machines. The full strength of the force cannot be revealed, but progress in building it up is ahead of schedule.
