EX-SYDNEY GROCERY HAND (United Press Assn.— Elec. Tel. Copyright) LONDON, Feb. 10 The Welsh Australian, Ivor Samuel, who left a Sydney grocery store in 1937 in order to study music in England, has joined the Sadler’s Wells Opera Company. He had a small part in “Fidelio" in 1938 and took the part last evening of Manrico in "Trovatore” owing to the illness of the principal tenor, Henry Wendon. He triumphant lyacquittedhi in self.
