DEATH SENTENCE
PENALTIES IN RUMANIA MEMBERS OF THE IRON GUARD (Independent Cable) BUCHAREST, Feb. 10 . The first death sentences in Rumania came at the end of the trial of 59 members of the Iron Guard when two students were sentenced to death by a firing scuad. Another was sentenced to life imprisonment and 39 others, members of the Iron Guard, were sentenced to terms ranging from six months to seven years. Others were fined and a few acquitted.
