PLAY AT ROTORUA SEVEN ROUNDS COMPLETED WAIKATO BOWLERS DO WELL (Special to Times) ROTORUA, Wednesday Playing in section B in the Rotorua Bowling Club's annual open rinks tournament at the Government Garden greens, the Whitiora rink, Booth, House, Davis and Michell, at the conclusion of seven rounds, have obtained 4 wins, while the Matamata rink, Y'oung, Gibson, Oates and Stewart, playing in D section, have gained 5 wins. PJaying in the same section, the Whitiora rink, Street, Lambeth, Woodhall and Choat, have been credited with 2 wins. In section E, Graham, Crowley, Lymburn and Coutts, of the Hamilton Club, have obtained 3 wins, while in the same section Watkins, Elliott, Cooney and P. H. Rowe, of the Whitiora Club, have had one win. Of the five teams which had been unbeaten up to the fourth round only Higginbotham, of Ponsonby, survived to-day’s play without loss.
