POLAND’S CLAIM ACCESS TO RAW MATERIALS TERRITORIES FOR MIGRATION (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received Feb. 9, 3.15 p.m.). WARSAW, Feb. 8 The Foreign Under-Secretary, Count Szembek, told the Senate committee that Poland reserved the right to state her colonial claims during any international discussion on the colonial problem which interested diplomatic circles, because official colonial claims were not previously formulated as a desire to possess territories but merely a desire to gain access to raw- material sources and territories for emigration. Copyright) (Received Feb. 9. 3.15 p.m.) LONDON, Feb. 8 A meeting of Parliamentarians and others established a Colonial League for the purpose of impressing the public with the importance of the British Colonial Empire, and stressing objections to any concessions to the German demand for the surrender of colonies or mandated territories. The council includes Lord Lugard, Lord Stonehaven, _U,ord Hailey, Lord Selbourn and a member of the House of Commons, Mr L. S. Amerv.
