Copyright) (Received Feb. 9. 3.15 p.m.) LONDON, Feb. 8 A meeting of Parliamentarians and others established a Colonial League for the purpose of impressing the public with the importance of the British Colonial Empire, and stressing objections to any concessions to the German demand for the surrender of colonies or mandated territories. The council includes Lord Lugard, Lord Stonehaven, _U,ord Hailey, Lord Selbourn and a member of the House of Commons, Mr L. S. Amerv.
