Copyright; (Received Feb. 9, 10.30 p.m.) JERUSALEM, Feb. 8 Apparently terrorism is being continued to reinforce the Arab speeches at the London conference. A landmine killed a Jewish lorry driver. Two Arabs, believed to be peaceful citizens, have been shot. General O’Connor, Governor of Jerusalem, has announced that if sabotage continues Arab-owned traffic and Arab passengers will be restricted. British troops are most active. They rounded up Go Arabs, and shot one dead who was attempting to escape.
