dent and officials of the Waikato Winter Show Association. The Governor-General was met on arrival by Mr C. A. Barrell, AI.P. for Hamilton, the Alayor, Air H. D. Caro, the town clerk, Mr W. L. Waddel, the president of the Show Association, Mr F. Bullock, the vice-presi-dents, Messrs W. Fraser and J. E. Tidd, and the treasurer, Mr R. English, and after he had officially opened the show he inspected the exhibits and was then the guest of the ladies’ committee of the Show Association at afternoon tea.
