CLEARANCE AT MORRINSVILLE ; The Farmers’ Co-operative Auctioneering Company, Limited, report hating held a clearing sale on account «»r Mr C. G. Gordon at Tahuna Iload, Morrinsvilie, on Monday. There was a large attendance of buyers and competition was forthcoming at late rates. The sound dairy cows averaged £8 13s, with heifers in keen demand. Forward Jersey cows realised from £9 10s to £11; later calvers, £7 !•'»» to £9 ss; Jersey heifers, £7 to 19 15s; good yearling heifers, £1 Lo l i 10s; smaller, £3. TE AWAMUTU OIBPERBAL There was a good attendance at the Hearing sale held at Te Awamutu yesterday on account of Mr A. C. hawson. The herd of t i cows was in good condition and sold under strong competition, prices ranging up to £l3 «** 6*l. All showing close up met with splendid bidding. 35 sound cows av-**mg-rig £9.
