Challenges lesued It was decided to issue challenges for the Clark and Boyce Cups (both junior representative grade;. There was some comment on the late starting of lower grade games, and In future any such complaints are to be forwarded to me aeierees’ Association ror action. The secretary mentioned tnat there was far too muen laxity on the part of players injured in obtaining and sending in medical certincates. It was pointed out that it was not the doctor's responsibility to forward certincates, but solely that of the injured piayer or ciuo repersentatlve. the certificate to be forwarded within 24 hours or the time or the accident. Further. the insurance rules provided that no claim .mould De allowed ir the injured piayer did not consult the union’s medical ofilcers berore 8 p.m. on the day or the accident.
