It was pointed out that it was not the doctor's responsibility to forward certincates, but solely that of the injured piayer or ciuo repersentatlve. the certificate to be forwarded within 24 hours or the time or the accident. Further. the insurance rules provided that no claim .mould De allowed ir the injured piayer did not consult the union’s medical ofilcers berore 8 p.m. on the day or the accident.
