OPPOSITION PARTY CAUCUS OPENING TO-MORROW WELLINGTON, Tuesday A caucus of members of the Opposition opens in Parliament Buildings to-morrow and is expected to last two days. Matters of general policy will be considered in the light of the coming session and tpe general election end the Leader, the Hon. A. Hamilton, indicated to-day that some time would Be deyoted to a discussion ef the Oovernment’a legislation and administration during the last 2i years.
