TE KUITI VALUEB Messrs Dalgety and Company, Limited report having held their fortnightly sale at Te Kuiti when a small yarding of sheep aftd.a good entry of cattle.were offered to a bench of local buyers. Sheep sold at ijnproved prices on recent sales while cattle attracted keen competition and practically the whole yarding was disposed of under the hammer. Medium fat and forward 2th wethers made 23s Cd; medium wether lambs, 11s; fat and forward b.f. lambs, 14s; good conditioned b.f. lambs, 11s 2d; f.m. ewes fair mouth r.w. S.D. rams 16s. Medium fat S.II. cross and P.A. cows, £5 11s to £3 12s; light fat S.H. heifers, £5 2s; light fat Jersey cows, £4 ss; forward conditioned, £3 to £3 10s; boners, £2 to £2 Ts Cd; forward Siyear P.A. steers. £8 9s to £8 12s 6d; small li-year P. A. steers, £4 15s to £5; mixed age P.A. cows r.w. P.A. bulls, £5 10s to £5 15s; poorer conditioned. £5 ss; good conditioned S.H. cows r.w. P.A. bull. £4 5s to £4 10s; poorer conditioned, £3 14s; small liyear P.A. heifers, £3 19s; good Jersey heifer calves medium conditioned, £2 10s to £2 14s. Messrs Abraham and Williams report that at Te Kuiti last week they had a fair yarding of mostly rqugh elass cattle. There was a good attendance of local and outside buyers and a good sale resulted at advanced prices for most, classes. Quotations:— Medium fat cows, £6 10s to £7 lfis: light. £5 10s to £5 15s; Hereford cows r.w.b. to £5 Is:; low conditioned P.A. cows. £4: store cows, £3 14s to £3 19s; small 12-months P.A. heifers. £3 15s; P.A. weaner steers fair quality. £4 4s: I'.A. weaner heifers fair sorts. £3 Is? good S.H. weaner heifers, £3 ss; small yearling Jersey heifers. £2 14s to £3 is: boner cows and bulls sold at schedule' rates.

Messrs Dalgety and Company, Ltd., Dunedin, report as follows: There was a much larger offering at the last «ale. about 30 tons in all. CompetltloA from United States of America exporters was very keen, and the offer!nar was readily disposed of at a considerable advance on the previous «ale's quotations. We quote summers fully par. racks and early autumns 3*l to 6d dearer. Incomings and early winters 6d to 9d dearer. A few parcels of prime winters came forward, bucks selling to 87d. does to GOd. Furriers were also operating freelv end purchased a fair weight of the offering.
