RAILWAY TEA ROOMS
Away from the crowds in the show yet right opposite the show buildings, visitors and exhibitors can obtain rest, quietude and a delicious meal in the Railway Tea Rooms. Meals will be available at all hours of the day and what is nicer, for a short period, than to indulge in a steaming hot pie served with bread and butter and a perfectly brewed cup of tea? Sandwiches, cold meats and salad and cakes are also on the menu as are baked beans on toast, bacon and eggs and hot tomato soup. For the convenience of visitors who have not the time to spare to be seated let it be known that at the Railway Tea Rooms, hot pies and cakes to be taken away can be purchased as also can confectionery and soft drinks which are so much relished by children and adults alike.
