ROAD HAULAGE BILL PASSED BY PARLIAMENT OVER 600,000 WORKERS AFFECTED (Omcial Wireless) (Received May 28, 11 a.m.) RUGBY, May 27 The Government's Road Haulage Bill, providing for the regulation of wages and conditions of workers engaged in road transport, passed through its remaining stages in -the House of Commons to-day . It will affect between 600,000 and 700,000 workers in the industry.
