OLD-FABHIONED GARDENS Nestling ’neath the shady trees Sheltered from the wand Ting breeze An old-fashioned garden lies With flowers turned to the skies. Golden brown wallflowers blow Velvet bloorns in jumbled row. Delphiniums, misty blue, Larkspurs there of every hue. Mignonette so scented sweet, Lies in masses at your feet Hollyhocks so tall and gold Crumpled petals there unfold. Roses pink,.of red and white With pansies gold, bring delight. Old-fashionpd blooms, fragrant, rare Sweet are your scents on the air.
