The Adventures of Johnny and Joan.
DEAR EVERYONE, Biddy and Bone were very excited, they had made a see-saw. "How Jolly,” said Joan, "I love see-sawing, we will try It with you Bone.” “Biddy and I will sit on this end,” cried Johnny; "and Joan and I on this end," cried Bone. So they alt climbed to their places and Johnny and Biddy went sailing up into the air on the end of the plank. “Now It Is our turn," cried Joan. “Up we go," Bone chuckled loudly as they pushed themselves off the ground, and up they soared when—crack ! Oh!! Qrr!! Wow!! yelled poor little Bone at the end of the Plank. “Oh deer, what has happened," cried Joan over her shoulder”—and you can see what happened. That silly little puppy had built his see-sa w under an old beech tree and he received such a bump on the back of his head. Biddy, the naughty bird, chuckled very loudly too. Poor Bone —he Is always In the wars, but Peter doesn't think he w||| build hie next see-saw near a tree, do you 7 PETER PAN
