Copyright MELBOURNE, May 26 About 200 engineers employed at the State Electricity Commission's powerhouse at Yallourn, which supI plies the greater part of Victoria with electricity, are expected to strike on Saturday. They are demanding higher wages, a 4 4-hour week and other concessions which the commission has refused. All efforts at settlement have failed. As the men are concerned mostly with maintenance work a strike is unlikely to affect the electricity supply unless it lasts for a long period or other unions are affected. All Labour Governments will be urged to introduce a 40-Hour Week Bill.
