GIFT EVENING The Fencourt Hall was filled when the residents of the district tendered an enjoyable grift evening to Miss June Watkins, of Horsham Downs, and Mr J. W attain, of Fencourt, who are shortly to be married. Dancing was enjoyed to music supplied by Messrs F. Morriss, E. Wattam and J. O'Keefe. \ocal solos by Mrs T. Bourke, Miss Elbe Feisst, Miss Jean McLeod and Miss Joy Wattam were much appreciated. During the evening Mr W. 0. Cubis spoke of the esteem in which the guests-of-honour were held and on behalf of those present presented to them the numerous gift parcels. Those prseent were :—Mesdames R. F.
