TOWN BOARD ELECTION ALLEGED IRREGULARITY (By _Pro« A««orlnion> WELLINGTON, Thursday A petition claiming: that the returning officer allowed a declaration of votes he should not have allowed and that Mr H. I), Morpan was wrongly excluded from the list of successful candidates has been lodged in the Magistrate's Court. A magisterial inquiry into the election of the Johnsonville Town Board is sought. Mr Morgan was at the head of the list of unsuccessful candidates, a vote behind Mr H. E. R. Green. Other candidates may also be affected.
