ARRIVAL AT LYTTLETON (By Telerr.pt).—Press Association} CHRISTCHURCH. Thursday For the first time In twelve years the tricolour of France floated from a vessel In Lyttelton to-day. It was on the tropical service sloop Rlgault de Geuouilly, which arrived this morning from Auckland to make the first of a series of calls at South Island port*.
