AUCTIONEER’S NOTE.—These cattle have been milked in two herds, one a pedigree herd of 31 Jerseys producing 322 lbs. fat in 276 days during the 1936-37 season, the grade herd of 71 producing 297 lbs. fat in 257 days. Several seasons the factory returns have been over 300 lbs. of fat. Mr Mackay has been milking on the property for 25 years and has brought the herd to a high standard.
