Wednesday i The extraordinary Bouterey divorce j ease again came before Mr Justice I Northcroft in the Supreme Court this j morn in?, when the Solicitor-General I 'Mr It. 11. Cornish. K.C. intervened to ! have rescinded the decree nisi which ! Anthony George Bouterey obtained in August‘against Coral Pearl Bouterey, i and to have the petition for divorce I dismissed. Both applications were granted. | A! the last criminal sessions Bou- | terey was found guilty of subornation ; of perjury, and sentenced to two years’ imprisonment. Counsel said that Bouterey had confessed since the trial that the evidence given of Ins efforts to get the two men to commit perjury was correct.
