Average yearly rainfall, 46.321 a. •PECIAL FORECAST (By Govt. Meteorologist). The special forecast by the Government Meteorologist covering tbe WalkatoTbamee Valiev Is as follows: Forecast: Light to moderate and variable winds, with north - easterlies prevailing. Weather fair to fine, temperatures mild, sea slight. General Inference: Though a slight disturbance passed during the night and another is apparently approaching, the southern portion of the Dominion to-day pressure remains high generally and in eastern Australia it has risen
