810 SUM FOR DEFENCE DEVELOPMENT OF PRODUCTION (United Press Assn. —Elec. Tel. Copyright) LONDON. May 20 The Turkish National Assembly fs considering h perfectly balanced Budget of £41,500,000 —the highest of the present regime, says the Angora correspondent of the Daily Telegraph. The Budget allots £14,500,000 to defence, which, with extra-budgetary credits already voted, absorbs £35.000,000, Including £1.250,000 for the navy, principally submarines. Transport will extended and agricultural, mining and industrial production will be increased.
